Spanish Influenza, a deadly strain of the disease which, is still out there, hiding in plain sight. In 1918, this strain caused the worst pandemic since the Black Death, infecting roughly a third of the entire world's population at the time. Of those infected, 10-20% died. Which meant that 3-6% of the world's population were killed by this deadly strain.

Which is still out there, just waiting to come back.
