The retired Florida police captain charged with shooting and killing a man at a movie theater in January was released from jail on Friday. Curtis Reeves Jr., 71, was released on a bail set at $150,000 and must now surrender firearms and remain at home except to go to church, the doctor’s office, or the grocery store. Reeves allegedly shot 43-year-old Chad Oulson, a husband and father, in the chest after he and Reeves argued over Oulson’s insistence on texting during movie previews. Reeves’ lawyers have claimed he acted in self-defense.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

That's just terrible. To be killed because you had decided to text during the previews? How on earth does the thought, "I should shoot this guy because he's texting", cross your mind and you don't think that's something to not do?

Old white men run this country!
What more can you expect? He was a former police person. He went nuts after a man half his age threw popcorn at him. The lady judge stated that was no means to shoot anybody in self defense. Now, you report he got out of jail on bail.
