When it comes to leadership, does gender matter? Is there a difference between women leaders and men who lead? If so, what are the unique qualities of female leadership that the most effective women leaders possess, and are they unique to women?
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

I do think there's a significant difference in the qualities of what makes a woman a leader. I think women leaders encompass the same qualities we see in respected male leaders around the world - at least the ones I respect. Women leaders have to be decisive, confident, and quite frankly they must know all issues relating to politics better than a man. There's always the presumptions of women being emotional and acting on emotion alone. A woman leader must show she can be fair-minded when deciding the best choice on a legislation that may effect the lives of citizens in her country.
