yes America has built those labs in Africa and have been permitted to do so by the African elites long known for their betrayal of the continent..from working with europe to facilitate the slave trade  to now, allowing know enemies and mass killers of black people free rein over the African continent..to set up an infrastructure the aim of which is clearly to decimate the black population of africa
