Alex Lanchester would have been on her honeymoon … if her fiance hadn’t faked his own death to break off their engagement, that is.
Lanchester, 23, from the United Kingdom, met her ex-fiance, Tucker Blandford, in August 2012 at a college in Connecticut. The pair hit it off straightaway and quickly became besotted with each other.
“He was such a gentleman. He showered me with jewelry,†Lanchester told The Mirror. “We would go out for a posh dinner on the 10th of every month to celebrate the day we got together.â€
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

She probably would have rather have him run away during the wedding than fake his own death. Why even put yourself in that position. Why let it get that far? Was this an arranged marriage?

Wow, its like something from a movie, you see it on screen , but you never expect someone to try it out for real. Was it really harder than saying - 'No, I'm sorry', or something like that. One really has to be real crazy to try something like faking ones won death. But what if she was like the daughter of a Mob boss, then it would make sense. If he didn't marry her, it would be suicide.
