That's the heart of Buffet's strategy. And it goes totally against the grain of Wall Street pump and dump tactics, and the average Joe's get rich quick mentality and ideology.
Put it this way. The average investor would rather risk their last $40 trying to double it up as quickly as possible rather than investing it wisely and waiting patiently over time for it acquire equity and value.
