vegetables comin' in.  yesterday I bought a bushel of bygan in niagara. jess roast up some and eating my choker straight. too lazy to make roti

from now on very little to no more meat fuh me. veggies fuh so.

I load up yesterday..peppers: green,yellow,hot, sweet,long, round..pepper fuh so. pickle cucumber. fruit..big sweet peach..so sweet I have to go get more before deh finish fuh this year. plums, nectarines etcs.

deh even had a very delicious looking berry that attract mih.  I bite one.  it tase' like ah sible sweet cucumber. yeeetch!

I have to make some roti.  dat will complete my choka.  it doh feel right without roti :D :D

exactly.  I use organic flower.  I sometimes eat GMO when I cant avoid it. but it is not advisable as steady diet
