Several weeks after the turbulence that followed the August 9 shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., a new round of unrest is being reported. As NBC News and others are noting, the catalyst for the renascent protests appears to be the burning down of a Michael Brown memorial in Ferguson:

The community should continue to protest. They should first get out and vote. Their block of votes would change their city government. Their chosen city government would be more responsive to their needs. They would get a different police commissioner. That new police commissioner would never permit a child killing cop to continue a paid leave of absense.
