According to a recent article by the New York Times, the likihood of Darren Wilson facing any charges are slim to none. Wilson stated in his 4 hour testimony that he feared for his life and Brown was trying to reach for his gun. There was evidence of Brown's blood being inside of Wilson's car. However, Dorian Jones, Brown's friend who was standing next to Brown, said Wilson reached for Brown's neck and there was a struggle for Brown to get away. Even though Brown ran and turned facing Wilson with his hands raised, he was shot to death.
This doesn't surprise me as I live in Missouri. The racism here is very real and I see it with cops passing my neighborhood all the time. They feel more embolden and angry at the thought of predominately black citizens refusing to allow themselves to be disrespected or kill at the hands of cops. I'm not surprise at Wilson's future of walking free with no charges. Generally speaking cops are hardly held accountable for their actions and get away with murder all the time in America.

He's right. In all likelihood the cop will skip. It's unfortunate that it wasn't caught on camera as with Eric Garner and that homeless black lady being beat down by a crazy cop on the highway. It appears that unless civil violations by the police and wannabes like Zimmerman are caught on camera, the same alibi of self defense will follow these incidents and the perps will skip.
They have to be recorded in the act or else.

I think "they" are desperate for a full on race war in this country, so they can use up all that military surplus.

As always, the justice department will do no more than what the people do. Their actions are based on the actions of the people. If the people catch wrongdoing on camera and push for justice, something will be done about it, but if the incidents are not caught on camera, then they will do nothing as long as the perp claims it was in self defense. The people pushing for justice will mean nothing.
So people have to stop depending on the justice department to act on their behalf and realize that we are responsible for doing that for ourselves. It's independence not dependence that will protect us.

I think this case will go on for a while, since different people have said different things about what did happen on the day. I think it strange the officer would have pulled mike brown into the car, the friend was found out later to change things around as earlier they robbed a store or were in a store. The police car did not have a camera if it did, it would have been used as evidence and helped out. Mike brown attacked the cop in rage, in articles I read so we see he was not a gentle giant as family said before and would not have lost his life like this and would have been alive.
