Well all the FLYEST moves can be traced back to Africa! A dance off between he, MJ and JB would certainly be a wonder to behold!
Get on ya good foot!!

I agree. So much of African (meaning the varied peoples of the entire continent) culture has been suppressed, ridiculed, and made taboo by the West over the centuries.
Look at the skill of that masked dancer. The sheer brilliance of the time signatures of his dance moves keeping precise pace with the musical instruments. It's positively mesmerizing to look at. The 'moonwalk' dance move, made famous by both Jackson and Brown, can clearly be seen at the :56 mark of the video. I don't think it's a stretch to say that some of the DNA of these ancient African customs and culture still survive in their American cousins.

James Brown and Michael Jackson had no more talent than that man.
They were very popular American performers. Since they were popular in the US, they sold more recordings to the paying public.
Yet, we can never forget that we mostly came from Western Africa. Those common Western African musical roots, are not superior to any other people's music, such as Europeans, its just hat African music is pleasing and makes you want to stand up and dance!
