Should Black And Hispanic Men Be Banned From Chatting Up White Feminist Women?

One more reason the media is one of the worst sources for objective information. This is not a black and white issue, it is a male, female issue and cultural as well. I don't need to watch the video to realize that. The only crime committed here is the NYT presenting this subject as if it is a crime against white women when color has nothing to do with the men's behavior, a shapely woman of any nationality would have been treated to the same had she walked by.

Saying hi or asking how you're doing is not a crime.  However, the way in which you say those things and the environment you say them in seem to be the issue here.  Common sense says if a woman is walking alone on the street minding her own business she has the right to not feel uncomfortable by being catcalled by ANYONE.  Men of every race engage in catcalling so this is NOT about race.  It is about maturity, self control and class, which the men in the video obviously lack.
