An Indian man confessed to killing his 14-year-old daughter's alleged rapist, saying he took matters into his own hands fearing justice would not be served.

Enraged after learning his daughter was pregnant, the father invited the 45-year-old rape suspect to his house where he fed him dinner before torturing and killing the man, police said, according to Indian Express. The man immediately reported himself to police, providing a detailed account of the incident.

The father's reaction to attack the perp and not his daughter was correct.


But what India needs is an overhaul of the laws that penalizes rape victims for being raped.


Men like this father doing the right thing can help overthrow the present laws.

Well you know they complain when the Indian men stand back and appear to condone this kind of thing, at least this man was proactive, he shouldn't have to do any time at all, coz mostly these Indian men are wotliss!, at least he's setting an example.
