Simeone. Because he actually won something this year. Carlo ANcelotti didn't win the CHampions league, he bought it. Huge difference between both coaches.

Simeone, his achievement was clearly far greater given resources & competition. To bring a team with such a low wage bill and transfer spending (relatively speaking) to within a minute of the La Liga/CL double is astonishing.

Nobody would have predicted that.
