Yes, waste money on technology and development the same way the U.S., Russia, China, Canada, Europe and the rest of the first world does.  That's a sure fire recipe for retardation of economic growth.

Meanwhile, subscribing to a fascist blood thirsty religion which seeks the complete and utter subjugation of women and the murder and killing of any one not a Muslim is the way forward.
