Vladimir Putin on Friday approved a new version of Russia’s military doctrine, which now lists NATO and the U.S. as major threats to its national security. Much of the core of the doctrine has not been changed, including issues such as antiballistic missile systems and instability in countries that border Russia.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
