The Charlie Hebdo murders are not part of a sinister Jewish conspiracy as the moderate Muslims and apologists of political politeness will have you believe. Al-Qaida will also have none of this blasphemy and profanity. This is their work and they want the whole world to know the pride they take from it.
Top Yemeni al-Qaida leader claims responsibility for attack on Paris paper in video message
CAIRO - Yemen's al-Qaida branch on Wednesday confirmed it carried out last week's deadly assault on a French satirical newspaper to avenge cartoons depicting the Prophet Muhammad, as it called for unity among jihadi ranks and vowed more attacks on the West.
In an 11-minute video posted on the group's Twitter account, Nasr al-Ansi, a top commander of al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula, said the attack on the office of the Charlie Hebdo weekly —in which two gunmen massacred 12 people — was in "revenge for the prophet."
He warned of more "tragedies and terror" in the future, saying "you will look for peace and stability but you will not find it because of the deeds of those carrying out martyrdom operations and heroes of lone jihad."
Al-Ansi said AQAP "chose the target, laid out the plan and financed the operation." He said the radical Yemeni-American cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, who was killed in a U.S. drone strike in Yemen in September 2011, had arranged the attack.
If confirmed, that would mean the Paris attack was years in the making. But Al-Ansi produced no evidence to support his claims, leaving lingering questions over the exact relationship between the attackers and the militant group's leadership in Yemen.
U.S. intelligence officials say they have no evidence AQAP co-ordinated the attack or knew about it in advance. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to discuss classified matters publicly.
An AQAP member told The Associated Press Friday that the group was responsible, but the video contained the first official claim.
The statement emerged as Charlie Hebdo defiantly released a new issue with a caricature of the prophet on the cover, with copies selling out before dawn across Paris.
The assault on the magazine was the first successful operation by AQAP outside of Yemen, and came after a number of failed attacks on the U.S., which views the Yemeni affiliate as al-Qaida's most dangerous franchise....

Ramesh beat a hasty retreat after he realized the folly in defending the position of the Islamic fascists and that one day they may be the arbiters of what he can or cannot read, hear, see and how he should think.

Charlie Hedbo is nothing but political pornography against Islam.
The attackers were 2 Algerians . One million Algerians died at the hands of the French during the war of Independence. The other attacker was Senegalese . Senegal was another French colony.
Muslims are attacked daily by the west with drones and fighter Bombers and they should expect blow back

Snoopster should ask himself at what point free speech ends and hate speech begins

I see you are completely and utterly ignorant of on the subject matters of Free Speech and Free Expression. I'll serve to educate you free of charge.
Free speech is absolute. It is unfettered. It is axiomatic that inherent in the right to Free Speech and Free Expression is the right to offend. If Free Speech is limited so not as to not offend it is no longer free speech. It is something else, but it is definitely not free speech.
Freedom of Speech, Expression and the Press are unalterable constitutional rights in secular societies. The stone age Islamic, and other religious Fascists, are trying extremely hard to erode these secular virtues.
They are incapable of debate and discourse on the subject matter. Instead, they resort to the tactic they used before the period of the enlightenment when their ideas held sway, and that is suppression of thought through extreme violence.

Those that defended the right of Charlie Hedbo to publish Anti Islam cartoon would be outraged if they publish antisemitic cartoons. I challenge anyone to show me where Charlie Hedbo has published antisemitic cartoons in the last 5 years.
Freedom of expression only apply when you attack marginalized peoples

I am surprised that you believed that free speech is absolute . Ask David Irving .
Try to depict blacks as monkeys or deny the Holocaust and you will find out differently
