Here in Canada we have standardised all Curriculums:
Province to Province. State to State..Private and Public schools.
So in Toronto you can see Millionaires children in Public School !
Earl Haig is a good example of a Public school in an Afluent neighbourhood !

Poor and low income has nothing do with it, because we don't come to this world with any cash and are not leaving here with any, so poor and low income has nothing to do with children not passing or barely passing in school. It has to do with the nurturing they're not getting from their mothers at home and that's a fact. It's not easy for a child to focus when they're familial structure at home is weak. After all, they are only children. What's happening everyday in the classroom is often very different from what's happening everyday at home. Okay, and the daily protocol at home will override the daily teachings at school.
