FORMER Prime Minister Patrick Manning is interested in contesting the San Fernando East seat in the 2015 General Election. At a constituency meeting in Pleasantville on Monday night, Manning told supporters that “once the constituency will have me” he is willing to be nominated to be screened for the seat, which he won and has retained since 1971.
