(Reuters) - Staples Inc (SPLS.O), the No. 1 U.S. office supplies retailer, agreed to buy No. 2 Office Depot Inc (ODP.O) in a $6.3 billion deal designed to help it better compete against Wal-Mart Stores Inc (WMT.N) and online rivals such as Amazon.com Inc (AMZN.O).
The deal, which will likely come under close scrutiny from antitrust regulators, values Office Depot at $11.00 per share, based on Staples' closing price on Feb. 2, the last trading day prior to media reports that a deal was near.
Office Depot's shares were trading at $9.93 before the opening bell on Wednesday, up about 7 percent.
Staples' shares were down 1.5 percent at $18.72.
Staples and Office Depot are the biggest remaining U.S. retailers of basic office supplies such as paper and ink toner.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

I don't think that Staples should buy Office Depot, because they're not gonna make that 6.3 billion back if they do. Such an expensive buy out could cause them to go bankrupt.

I have nutten related to wall street.
let me give you a tip however. but some drachmas. if he Greeks go where they are trending..out of the EU, take back their bank/currency, end austerity and repudiate or renegotiate their national debt to an amount they can pay and move to pay if off quickly... in less than a year they will be prosperous again and the money worth more.
buy drachma for a song now and collect in a year-18 months. I bought some today for that matter. order what you want from a bank.
watch the countries that want to bolt out of the EU. watch Spain and if that reform party wins later this year PODEMOS. see what their reformist economic plans are. the key is for them to kick the international banksters out, take back their currencies, spend their money debt free ending this global banker debt based rip off of nations. if France and Greece do that the will be prosperous again very quickly. so look to buy currencies on your own man without intermediaries and collect in at most 2 years
