Frankly, it isn't that good a movie to warrant all the attention it is getting. Chris Kyle was no more of a hero sniping from a rooftop than were the guys who were kicking in doors to search for terrorists. Like many others he came home with PTSD, but volunteering for four tours didn't help that condition or his family life, either. For me, the main lesson of the movie is that we squandered the sacrifices of these soldiers to make Iraq safe for its citizens.

you still have time for the american perspective (subjective and exceptional ) in all its myriad expressions.
not one angle of that perspective is beneficial to people of colour. I mean some people of colour can be foolish enough to believe there is something in there for them and pursue it, follow it in this or that expression, like movies, or literature or television, or american economics, with is democratic verbal fac'ade on its genocidal reality... and waste their time, victimize themselves, and leave themselves exposed to abuse by that silly and 'bline' behavior
but it is better to read an american pornographic novel, which story in all probability more accurately reflects the state of american sexuality for example, than a book written by almost any american writer currently..not even african american writers who appear now to be little more that corporate puppets grovelling at a trough for money, having completely sold out their social reality and interest to ole' marse
I wont even spend the time in my life on the net to tv, to look at Sniper when it becomes free and does not require time to go to a cinema. I am so familiar with the american perspective I don't have to see such tripe to tell all it could possibly say and mean. nothing it can say or mean can possibly be in my interest as a man of colour on planet earth. so piss on it

let me break this down for you:
you are 100% correct!!!
you are 100% wrong!!!
Iraq was invaded cause Saddam tried to take out Bush Sr.!!! Iraq had nothing to do with Terrorists or 911!
The first place secured when they attacked Iraq was the oil fields!!
