I am having a whole wheat wrap with veggies and spicy thai tuna

dis tuna is really spicy....my nose and eyes running!!

i went to the dentist yesterday and my mouth/jaw is so sore :sad:

they put this contraption in my mouth that hurt so bad :angry: .....more than the procedure on the tooth.

so no salad today

i have one of those 'nile spice' cup soup......bought for emergencies just like this.

this was just a temporary contraption.....felt like it was made of metal and rubber....so they can isolate the tooth they were working on.
