Westbrook will undoubtedly be sidelined after getting an unintentional knee to the head by teammate Andre Roberson.Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook will miss Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers after undergoing surgery to repair a fractured cheekbone suffered during Oklahoma City's Friday loss against the Portland Trail Blazers.Westbrook dove for a rebound and was unintentionally kneed in the head by team mate Andre Roberson at the end of the game.Westbrook had tests carried out after the game but there wasn't any news about his status until Saturday.Westbrook has been amazing throughout the year but took his game to a higher level last month. He averaged 31. 2 points, 10. 3 assists and 9. 1 rebounds throughout the month, putting an exclamation mark on his performance with consecutive triple- doubles in his last three games.
