I've always thought Bheri Ramsaran to be a complete and utter imbecile.  How he was able to obtain a medical degree is beyond me.

If the PPP does not purge the party of these buffoons they are going to lose all credibility with voters, especially younger voters.

Can you guys believe that this man is the Minister of Health? 

That he conducts himself in public is such a vile, disgusting, and uncouth manner says a lot about the current state of the PPP Party.  Dr. Jagan would never have allowed this man to rise to the ranks of a cabinet minister. 

If Ramotar and Jagdeo want to restore any credibility and integrity to Dr. Jagan's party, and his legacy, they should immediately purge the party of this idiot and the Attorney Genaral who is also of the same disposition as Ramsarran.

People in Guyana are getting fed up with these guys.  They have ruined the great man's legacy and the credibility of the party.
