to be so responsible every citizen must know what society is and how to run it and they must do the running.

social minorities have ended up in power because they understood how things work manipulated their way into the power, taking over existing structures and feeding crap to the people to keep them foolish
so Paul is telling you is that you are being fooled and it is time to get up tuh rarse and develop your knowledge and skills and participate, while there is still time to save yourself from total, open slavery
what Paul is absolutely right about is that you must develop your ability to participate for if there is to be a good and decent society it cannot be accomplished without your full participation, at the highest level of sophistication you can develop
Paul is asking you for nothing. he says a lot.. not once did he ask you to believe him. but he asks you to get to hell up and smarten up your self and get moving to change social reality into a positive for you and those who share your interest....and that means 99% of the rest of the people on the planet
