Russia is quite powerful and has shown it has good war tactics and if it wins the battles in Syria than it will get recognition and fame as well which will improve its name. USA must be trying to compete with Russia and has got up to date weapons, and also technology which will help them in fighting the rebel soldiers who use terror and fear. Both countries should fix the issues in their countries first as they do have internal problems which can cause civil wars which will be hard to fix.
