in Cuba they produce top quality doctors in a couple of years or less. these doctors work for the same money as ordinary people.
this is done on the recognition that the world of all working together makes a cohesive and functioning society... so that each and all can live to the level the society has achieved on the day.
all are equally valuable..not that doctors are special and superior.

it is clear this guy is truly superior in his professional areas, but he talks like an ignorant Repug off the streets, chock full of extreme Republican philosophical dogma
it seems he cud use a course in philosophy... but not at Yale for dam sure.
maybe he cud go to Cuba and access their medical sociology. that shud do the trick for this ignorant impse
