Wall St. slumps as media stocks bleed
Reuters
- U.S. stocks slumped on Thursday as a spate of poor earnings reports from media companies dragged the sector index to its worst two-day loss since the financial crisis. The selloff added to investors' nervousness ahead of a key jobs data on Friday that could provide clues regarding the timing of a rate hike.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

This shows that the stock market can go up or down and in 2008 it was real bad as jobs were lost and also the prices of fuel and other things increased, which did make people choose what they needed as the prices of even basic needs were high. The stock market world can be a scary one and most people are in it who have the money to spend and also can cope with the losses as only relying on this as your form of income would not be wise as you don't know what can happen and each day the rates can be different. It can be confusing for people to understand how it works so people who are involved with this usually are good at maths and numbers and can predict what can happen and what may lead to a loss or a gain.
