Volkswagen shares plunge on emissions scandal, U.S. widens probe
Reuters
Volkswagen shares plunged more than 20 percent on Monday, their biggest one-day fall, after the German carmaker admitted it had rigged emissions tests in the United States, and U.S. authorities said they would widen their probe to other manufacturers.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

I reckon the company, maybe wanted quick sales and also wanted to make some quick money and enjoy the profits, which was the plan, but they may have to pay it back and suffer a loss. I think there won't be trusted and also the Volkswagen company will have to explain what is going on and also think this should of not happened, and wonder what the case will uncover in the end. The USA will maybe move to other countries and see if the scandal was done there as well, and maybe a big ring of corrupt people could be involved in this case.

Unfortunately, Volkswagen is not the only car company faking emission reports. I think other companies are doing it too and if the authorities don't move too fast then those other companies will cover it up.
