Designer Ralph Lauren To Step Down As Boss

The renowned company that is known world over, created by Ralph Lauren about 50 years ago, will serve a new boss Stefan Larsson, previous president of the company, as 76 years old Lauren, steps down from the CEO position. The Gap owned budget chain Old Navy experienced great enhancement in sales when Mr Larsson took over as president, making him the best candidate to take over Lauren.
Lauren well known for his Polo brand will continue serving as the chief designer of the company’s look and will be responsible for enhancing the company’s future sales. Even though the replacement of CEO was a natural progression however the shares of the company rose by 3.9% in post trading hours’ as the news circulated the market.
