Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis allegedly met with Pope Francis during his trip to the U.S., her lawyers said Tuesday. Davis, who was jailed for five nights after refusing to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples in Rowan County, said in a statement she was “humbled†by the pontiff’s invite. “Pope Francis was kind, genuinely caring, and very personable. He even asked me to pray for him,†she said. “Pope Francis thanked me for my courage and told me to ‘stay strong.’†The secret meeting allegedly took place at the Vatican Embassy in Washington, D.C.; that same day, Francis gave his historic speech to a joint session of Congress, according to Liberty Counsel, which represents Davis. Liberty Counsel’s statement could not be immediately verified with the Vatican.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

Maybe the Pope should have taught her to be more tolerant, less angry and humane.
BTW...if they brought the same sex couples the pope would have blessed them. Perhaps wash and kiss their feet.
