Chicago city and health officials reported Friday that 74 people have overdosed from a lethal mixture of heroin and a painkiller, possibly fentanyl, over the course of 72 hours. The overdoses all occurred on the city’s West Side, where authorities say the drugs were purchased. Police recovered a sample of heroin that may have contained fentanyl from one of two locations being investigated. Paramedics and fire department personnel have equipped themselves with extra Narcan, a drug used to reverse heroin overdoses.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

I think this is shocking as it shows how people can get stressed from work or their day to day life, which may cause them to have mood swings at times and this is not the way to get help. I reckon that people need to be aware of the consequences and also it can be dangerous for the ones around them and also their families and also friends, and this needs to be sorted out and hope people can the help they need. It is a shock that 74 people have had overdosed in a very short time, which can be scary and shows how people can use it to get ahead in their life.
