Harper and this 4th Term ting : should be outlawed. 

This is Stephen Harper’s eighth election. He’s asking for a fourth term as Prime Minister.

It’s like a bad movie franchise:

by the time you get to the third or fourth sequel, most of the stars are gone, and the plot is getting pretty thin.
