Turing Pharmaceuticals CEO Martin Shkreli still hasn't lowered the price of anti-infection drug Daraprim, despite promising to do so after widespread outrage two weeks ago. Shkreli's startup bought the drug, used to treat infections in AIDS patients and others with comproised immune systems, and hiked its price 5000% percent to $750 per dose. “We’ve agreed to lower the price of Daraprim to a point that is more affordable and is able to allow the company to make a profit, but a very small profit," he told ABC News in September.

Is there no one to supervise these price hikes and that too of a drug that could spell LIFE for many, at least prolonged life! Feels like no one seems to care about it at all! All of this feels as a pre planned action that was meant to happen from the beginning. Buying the rights to a drug and increasing its price by 5000%
