A hurricane being called the strongest storm ever measured may cause 39-foot waves along Mexico’s west coast when it hits Friday evening. Millions of residents along the Pacific Ocean have been told to prepare for the “worst-case scenario†in anticipation of 200 mph winds. Hurricane Patricia is expected to produce “life-threatening flash floods and mudslides.â€
