'You're not alone,' this year's Silver Cross mother tells families of slain soldiers

Sheila Anderson of Yellowknife is the Royal Canadian Legion's Silver Cross mother for 2015-2016 — the first ever from the Northwest Territories — and she will lay a wreath today in Ottawa on behalf of all mothers whose children have died in military service.
