that team had become strangled by its bureaucracy..just like the wicb board is.  the difference is that the owner of the team has the power to change things..and change things she did.

she went into the team HQ and ripped out the bureaucracy..fired EVERYBODY, keeping the one man she felt was sincere and doping a good Job..the teams Head Coach..Jim Caldwell.

as soon as the stifling bureau was out of the way the Detriot Lions began to win again

hats the way to go.  kill the parasites!
