the popular democracy would not require the death of any one or nation, preclude, genocide. it would remove the point on which the ISIS is organized and has become a global threat..western capitalism, that has dispossessed and demeaned and unmanned Islam..run roughshod over that region for a very long time now
that is what has turned Islam into the rabid that it is is by separating the Sunni from the Sheite and stoking internal hatred upon which they have constructed ISIL
only the popular democracy can solve global problems leaving people/nations to solve their own problems in which they can reconstruct their civilization and collective and individual civility and general human sophistication

You can't begin talking about solutions to capitalism in Middle Eastern countries when these countries havn't even transitioned into modern, "democratic", late-capitalist nation-states.
People in Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq don't care about "post-capitalist" utopias. That's long been beaten out of them. They want to work and hustle for a dollar. And asking them to adopt alternatives to western stylised capitalism is to ask them to invite more wrath from foreigners.

hold orn. you said this:
you suggestion is no option...no round up and slaughter. the answer is that they must be left to their own development as it should have been from the start. that is the answer. so they start from where they are which is the point of social backwardness you have described.
so how do we get to that option ::confused::
well the cause of the current problem is imperialism/western capitalist expansionism. we have to stop that. that must no longer be the cause that produces the catastrophic global events we see.
that can be stopped only by the rise of popular democracy in the west. western society has no option but to revolutionize itself into a popular democracy. that can be done at the ballot box..or the people in the streets pulling down the establishment.
the alternative is to descend into Brave New World.
a popular western democracy must put and end to western imperialism. they have no choice but to end it if they are to remove their dictatorship and develop a decent sustainable life
the end of western imperialism makes the world safe finally. the world becomes multi-polar, a situation in which there is no more feeder for Islamic society in exploitation of its divisions, that has led to the current state of their situation that now threatens the planet. Islamic society would have the means only to live in its region and resolve its life. they would no longer be divided and weaponized to threaten global reality.
they would have to deal internally with their own divisions and needs and resolve them successfully or they will not make it. but no one would be responsible for that but them
when I spoke of popular democracy I did not mean that the whole world would suddenly transform into a popular democracy, but that west would... that the west must. and if that takes place then everything in the whole world changes with it as well. and the transformation in the west would make the necessary transformations everywhere much faster and easier in time
the great global keeping back is western capitalism, led by the USA, controlled by the Zionist/Jews..the most absolute and negative power ever evolved in human history. that is the great human stumbling block and threat to existence at the moment... overcoming western Jewish led capitalism

Not always, don't forget that democracy in many new unstable states is just a joke, and its plagued by corruption and opression.

you may have a shining example of human democracy as light on the hill.
nothing happens in a vacuum. how does society evolve ::confused::
if a society emerges from corruption into a 'democracy' how does it happen ::confused::
take a look at Venezuela currently: corrupt bureaucratic/dictatorship society changes government by an electoral vote..a 'radical' party wins and begin to create the democracy by legislation. great success achieved under a charismatic leader but the reaction is not quiet. who is the reaction ::confused::
the reaction is for one the entrenched bureaucracy..the structural government itself. why? the government is parasitic, does not produce the wealth that feeds it. they have a vested interest in the status quo that collects taxes to pay them. they are involved as a matter of course in huge routine bureaucratic corruption. they are naturally opposed to the new democracy and the begin fighting it right away by sabotaging all the government is trying to do.
the charismatic leader dies and the bureaucracy uses that as opportunity to sabotage the new democracy. which is why corruption and all manner of evil makes Venezueala society a volatile mix at the moment...bureaucratic corruption and sabotage, as well as betrayal of the nation in collusion with the enemies of the nation the USA.
the government has options the best of which would be to deepen the 'revolution'..go all the way into democracy by attacking the bureaucracy. how to do that..by transferring the work of the administrative structure to the communities. Chavez developed the system of Missions fr every social purpose and tasked them with solutions. the missions are popular community based responses to social need..housing, health, education etc
the party must be serious with that and go all the way to the point at which the work of the society becomes popular. it is the same principle, of the Soviets, that the people of Russia created to meet their needs in 1917 when they tossed their monarchy. it is the way of popular movement all the time..to take over the work of society and carry it out popularly.
ultimately that is the base that produces the cooperative social behavior and administrative structures that develop the citizen fully, a thinking educated citizen participating fully in the functioning of the society..the citizens making a success of society which is the democracy that would developed and save humanity.
yu cant expect that a society would become overnight a democracy from where we are at at the start..what we are now. what we are now, what we have developed, gives us the opportunity to know where we must be and how to go about getting there

The Turks seem to have kicked the bear's ass and now complain when it turns around and bites them? Reminds me of the Larson cartoon "And no-one ever heard from the Andersen brothers again". Look it up.
