it real hard apparently fuh west indians to say broth. we doh even know weh dat word come from. it much better to ease into a form we can grab and infuse we own meaning into it.
fuh example a broth is jess some kind of brew the english boil up..maybe a sauce of some kind. maybe ketchim will define it fuh we jess now.
what we make and call braff or broorf is not broth of any kind but full blown heavy fish soup. they name it right. it stands on its own
