but I notice none in tha cow heel soup you picture there. my cow heel soup must have some ground provisions..dasheen and sweet potatoe,.green fig or nearly ripe plantain.
I wud accept one or 2 english potatoes if I am far away and there are no west indian ground provison around :-[ :-[ :-[

Mandatory : plantain , cassava , eddo , sweet potato (for some color) !
prefer Dhall based BROTH with mariroori peppah !!

the dhal broth is boss too man. definitely one great way to make cow heel. but I like cow hell every way.
I must have eat cow hell 10 ways to sunday. not one approach failed. must be the ingredients ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL::
