Congrats. I wanted to buy one, but then decided against it because no one I knew bought it. Please let us know how it works out for you. Currently, I just use a simple pedometer app on my phone which is not that helpful but tells me the steps I have walked/jogged and the speed (approx).

i have a ped app on my phone...but my phone is big and i kinda wanna leave it at home while i go for walks or workout....
I am going to be doing the Mississauga Half Marathon in May and i have to start training....so i was just really curious how many steps i do take.
so i thought the Fitbit is on sale...why not.
