since the Kennedys, even Eisenhower.. there was and end to the lynchings of nhiggers in the USA, so by the time Johnson was president, all the way through Nixon/Ford, Carter, GHW Bush, Clinton and lil Bush, there were few lynchings or mass police killings of black people on the streets of american cities.  that was no longer general policy, official or unofficial

but boom!..Obama skunt and there is a huge resurgence of extrajudicial killings of black people.  the police are now killing black people in american cities at a far greater rate than even when Lynchings in the south were happenstance, legal in all but name.
