Now, I am in search of a foreign individual who will assist me to claim the said funds for us to share and invest part of the funds in a Real Estate business.

As the code of conduct, the Republic of Civil Service does not allow us to operate a foreign accounts hence I am seeking your assistance to apply for these funds.  Please note that, it does not matter whether you/your Company supply equipment, I will prepare all vital documents that will assist you or your company to claim the funds, a transfer of powers will be secured in favour of you/your Company. Your area of specialization is not a hindrance to the successful execution of this transaction.
