Everything is great with icing. I think they should just use whip cream and icing on everything  :P  That way everything will taste awesome. But, that's just me.

Well I would probably say the icing too with regards to the taste, but I would have to go with the fact that you can kind of pass it off as something a little more healthy than it actually is.  I am not sure how much actual carrot goes into the making of a cake, and of course it depends, but I just emphasize the carrot over the cake if I talking to someone.
