The Toronto Raptors made a massive statement Thursday, asserting their will on the Indiana Pacers to take a 2-1 lead in the first-round series. Toronto's suffocating defense was the story here, holding Indiana to 38 percent shooting and earning the No. 2 seed a 101-85 victory on the road.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

this was a stupid game....
the Raps were not prepared for this game..not ready and that is a Casey failure. I am getting tired of that fella.
I am still right about Lowery not being clutch. I still think DeRozan is a better player but that the coaching is poor
I now think that Toronto will loose this series and we are back to square one..which should necessitate major changes.
1 let DeRozan go elsewhere. he is a free agent in the summer..prolly to Lakers but that's his business where he goes.
2 trade Kyle Lowery if necessary. bring forward Normal Powell and use Cory Joseph until better can be done.
2 Phiah Dwayne Casey quick sharp. Bring back Sam Mitchell who was wrongly phiahed by Colangelo for that Canadian coach who was reasonable but not a man to win in the NBA
3 keep most of the rest of the team intact..especially Valencunis and Biyombo. Terrence Ross can go too

as a matter of fact no Sam Mitchell but Monty Williams now with the Spurs, formerly coach of New Orleans.
Monty Williams is very good and he is young..a distinct advantage not so much over Jackson but over Hollins.
Mark Jackson is very smart but can be extraordinarily hard headed. that would have to be mitigated in any coaching situation he gets. but he is a very, very good coach
