RIP  Afeni Shakur
                         

Shakur, born Alice Faye Williams, changed her name when she moved to New York City

and joined the Black Panther movement.

She and other party members were arrested in 1969 and charged

with conspiracy to bomb multiple, busy city landmarks..

She was the subject of his 1995 song “Dear Mama,” in which Tupac detailed

his childhood struggles and respect for his mother.

“There's no way I can pay you back/

But the plan is to show you that I understand/

You are appreciated,” .

After her son’s 1996 shooting death, Shakur took over the late rapper’s estate

which reportedly earns about $900,000 each year.  .

The murder was solved. The guy who shot Tupac was the same guy that had a fight with Tupac in the hotel lobby on that night. The California police investigated the case because they were being sued. But once the investigation had determined that the police was not involved, the rest of the investigation was closed down. The killer himself got blown away a while after that. The guy who shot biggy was shot ten times in the back whilst he was riding his bike. P Diddy was allegedly involved, but nobody wanted to make a statement in court. And with the alleged hitman dead, that case too was closed.

Rest in peace Afeni Shakur Dvis. Hope you will be reunited with your beloved son. And make an everlasting rap heavenly duo.

Shakur Davis also was  an activist and philanthropist in her later years. Deputies responded to a family member's call reporting "a possible cardiac arrest" at Shakur . There was nothing suspicious about her death and there's no evidence of homicide.
