This is pretty good news, though I'm hoping that he can keep up with the expectations placed on him. I'm sure there are many out there that would want him to fail, rather than succeed, but I feel that right now he can be a shining example that not all Muslims are war mongering terrorists, and are all around just normal people.
I remember hearing about a city in Michigan that is majority Muslim council, and that's also working out for them, so hopefully we get more diversity in our political systems.

Sadique Khan criticized Corbyn as Labour party leader for not being inclusive enough , a totally absurd statement and that was the reason that Jermy Corbyn snubbed the swearing in cermony
It is telling of him that Ed Milband a Blarite was in the front row
He was sworn in on the bible in a Cathedral instead of the Koran and a Mosque
