it looks like we have arrived at a point in the world, no matter what angle it is approached from, there is only one social interest that is consistent with the survival of all the people, the human race... and that if this interest does not prevail or win, takes over the social power and runs society from the collective point of view or class interest.. then society itself will not survive.
and for that positive social interest to take over, the interest of the people...that is social REVOLUTION if not 'REVOLUSION'
There is no other positive possibility for society, but for the masses of ordinary people to rise up spontaneously and take over society asap, and proceed to run society in the collective interest.

you solve it by the people taking over! that is the way to solve it, simply, easily.
The people take over society and in industry the most up to date technology is immediately applied with all the job losses that is no envisaged coming to be. and even worse more advanced technology will continue to be applied as they are developed reducing jobs even further.
yet in practice and in other forms not one single job will be lost..employment will improve because the OWNER, THE GUY WHO TAKES THE PROFIT is now removed from the equation.
SOCIETY DOES NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH DAT FELLA ANYMORE AND THE POWER THAT THEFT OF AND CONTROL OF THE SOCIAL SURPLUS GAVE HIM... TO WRITE THE LAWS MONOPOLIZE FINANCE, AND VIOLENCE IN THE MILITARY AND POLICE AND TO BEAT THE KRAP OUT OF THE REST OF US, LOCK US DOWN, MIS-EDUCATE US, PROPAGANDIZE US , POISON OUR FOOD, AIR AND WATER, OUR MEDICINES.
society can now apply technology fully, have total control of the surplus that is then deployed to all areas of the society including those traditionally ignored by capitalist society..areas that can be brought on stream.
what that means is that if he people take over society would be free to look after society as a whole..society would be free to look after itself, providing or opening up vast new areas of social focus that would employ all who can actually do work of value to society. and that is EVERYONE!
the purpose of collective social function, or the purpose of general social activity, of work and industry, of all activity, becomes the well being and general advancement of society itself..not for the making of profit for a few capitalists
the real question facing us all collectively as a species is: HOW DOES HUMANITY SURVIVE INDEFINITELY IN AN EVOLUTIONARY UNIVERSE.
the question facing us is not: how to make society safe in perpetuity for the capitalist to make profits forever.
to make the capitalist safe means the reduction of the human population which now in its looming capitalist unemployment threatens his way of life to its core, threatens his own existence as a dominant social class.
the only way he can solve that problem is to render the human population totally incapable of ever challenging his social dominance. which explains all the evil we see today everywhere: the spread of diseases that can wipe zillions of people at any one time...made in capitalist labs. vast pollution that kills zillions of people..mention already the poisoning of air, water, food and medicines. all that we do in our daily routine has now been rigged to produce harm for the people.
