this is what yer call looting.  whoever took over the lotteries have stripped the prize structure bare, naked, down to its marrow.

and now that we have computers the suspicion in these quarters is that the prize money also may be stolen as well for all and any kind of magic can be done with computers..like prearranged numbers..pre programmed numbers

they can literally do any dam thing they want with the computerized numbers..absolutely anything.  and from the greed exhibited by the stripping of the prize money methinks its now an utter waste of time playing Ontario lotteries so I have stopped playing that too

AS FAR AS I SEE ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING IS BEING LOOTED CURRENTLY.  NOTHING IS AS IT WAS PREVIOUSLY WHEN YOU HAD ONE IN CHANCE IN A MILLION. 

NOW ITS LIKE NO CHANCE AT ALL..PERIOD.
