I recently heard that this is the way in China. I don't know if that's true, but I heard they can only have on kid per household, and that it was a legal law that can be enforced.
I understand that it might be best to keep a billion plus population from multiplying and overpopulating to quick, but should a government have the authority to regulate a families free will to have as many kids as they want?
Sounds like control over life to me.

I think that the Chinese government had no choice but to create that law because of the rapid rate at which they were reproducing, they would have been overpopulated beyond any hope within a few years. In such a situation then I think that the government was right to do so. It's for the good of the whole nation and continent, and ultimately, the world.
