Sen. Ted Cruz on Friday said he will vote for Donald Trump after not doing so at the Republican National Convention in July.

In a Facebook post, Cruz said he decided to vote for Trump "after many months of careful consideration, of prayer and searching [his] own conscience."

Trump said in a statement that he is "greatly honored by the endorsement of Senator Cruz."

"We have fought the battle and he was a tough and brilliant opponent. I look forward to working with him for many years to come in order to make America great again," Trump said.

Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

I kept closing my eyes and then rubbing and opening them again and sat transfixed as I watch that unbelievable partnership between John Campbell and Shai Hope. What a magnificent performance by these two! It just goes to show that patience, determination and effort can go a long way to improve the performances of the West Indies team.
